I started as a design entrepreneur, which taught me early on how the best founders actually think: how they frame problems differently, move faster than the market expects, and build things with a drive that has nothing to do with luck.
That perspective eventually took me to South Summit, where I now serve as Global Head of Program for one of the world's leading innovation conferences. We bring together over 50,000 attendees annually across flagship editions in Europe, Latin America, and Asia, plus a growing series of curated events around the world. I'm responsible for the speaker community: the founders, investors, and technologists defining the next chapter of global innovation.
What I'm really doing is connecting signals: finding the ideas worth amplifying, the conversations worth having, and the people worth putting in the same room. Creating impact is what has driven every chapter of my career. Today I'm just doing it at a larger scale.
